This table details the recurrences experienced by the patient for each diagnosis. This table allows the user to store data on tumor responses to therapy also. Since recurrence may occur independently for each diagnosis, the recurrence table is linked to the diagnosis table. The table is linked to the following tables: diagnosis. In this table, recurrence or progression can be entered.
