High grade brain tumors like glioblastomas are associated with a dismal prognosis despite advances in treatment. This study is a retrospective study evaluating the association between the radiomics features in brain tumors and their outcomes.


HN Rapidarc
INTELHOPE is a prospective randomized trial which is investigating the impact of radiation dose escalation to the PET defined gross disease in patients with locally advanced oropharyngeal, laryngeal and hypopharyngeal malignancies. Patients undergo PET CT prior to start of treatment which is used to define the dose escalation volume. The objectives of the study are to evaluate the toxicity with this approach and the impact on the local control.


Lung CBCT Match
Patients undergoing radiotherapy for lung cancer usually undergo treatment over a period of 5 - 6 weeks. Not only is this treatment associated with moderate to severe morbidity in a significant minority but also local control rates can be improved. Early assessment of response of these malignancies on imaging can potentially improve our ability to tailor radiotherapy in these cancers. The project is evaluating a method of predicting response from changes observed in cone beam CT images obtained during radiotherapy.
